We gather bi-weekly over a shared meal, introducing a new trade, exploring timeless wisdom, and grounding each session in the Word of God. Our W.O.R.S.H.I.P. Principles guide everything we do — because to us, work done with excellence, humility, and honor is a form of worship.

At Tradesmen for the Kingdom, we believe work is worship. We’re a nonprofit organization of Christian tradesmen committed to equipping the next generation with real-world skills, strong values, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Founded by Michael Keillor, a seasoned HVAC professional and devoted man of faith, this ministry was born out of a calling — a desire to reach youth, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, who are often overlooked or underserved. Many of today’s young people are searching for identity, direction, and hope. We meet them right where they are — in their neighborhoods, in workshops, and around the dinner table — with tools in one hand and truth in the other.
Through hands-on training in the skilled trades, practical life lessons, and a foundation in Biblical principles, we’re building more than careers — we’re building character.
The Outcome We Seek:
As Psalm 90:17 says, “May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands.”
We’re not just teaching trades — we’re preparing hearts, shaping futures, and advancing the Kingdom one skill, one soul, one servant at a time.
